Keep in mind there are different Honor Societies on campus, in addition to a plethora of different scholar organizations to affix. The mission and function of Rho Kappa is to advertise scholarship and to acknowledge academic excellence in social studies in secondary faculty environments and to encourage interest in, understanding of, and appreciation for the social studies. To be eligible for selection to membership in this chapter, the candidate have to be a highschool student enrolled in grade 9, 10, eleven, or 12 on this college, and have accomplished a period equivalent to at least one semester of artwork in this faculty. Membership in this chapter shall be based upon artwork scholarship, service, and character.

Feedback on college students’ character will be solicited directly from present lecturers, coaches, and moderators, as well as the Office of Student Affairs. In order to be eligible, a student should obtain optimistic feedback, and be in good standing with regard to school insurance policies. Membership in the Aloysius Chapter of the National Honor Society at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas is based on 4 standards; scholarship, character, leadership, and service. Information is listed under concerning eligibility for every criterion.
An energetic member of the National Honor Society who transfers to Wesleyan School from another school might be reviewed by the Faculty Council according to qualifications for the membership into this chapter. A letter stating that pupil was in good standing when he/she left their other chapter must be obtained.
